Demeter connects: in the Altes Land region near Hamburg and at Purple Hills in India. For decades, the Augustins and Jake Jayakaran have relied on biodynamic preparations, soil revitalization, and cosmic connections in their cultivation of apples and mangoes. Convinced of the Demeter philosophy, they farm within natural cycles, allowing people and plants, animals and soil to interact harmoniously.
