How do we know how to prepare pickles that taste like no other? Our secret lies in our family recipe and the long‑standing pickling traditions of the Charsznica region. All our products are pickled using the traditional Charsznica method, naturally fermented and never pasteurised. We use only salt without chemical additives and ensure the highest standards by storing ingredients in fibreglass and resin silos, which protect the purity and stability of the fermentation process.
The result is exceptional, authentic flavour and the best quality, allowing you to enjoy organic cabbage or pickled cucumbers that taste just like the ones from the old days — honest, natural and full of tradition.
