arrow_backTil oversigtenOur fenugreek salami is made from pork. It is stuffed into artificial casings and air-dried for at least 4 weeks. Afterwards, the salami is washed, cut, and packaged.
Characteristics: Reddish-brown, dry exterior. Inside, a rich, intense red meat color with small visible pieces of fat. Delicate and aromatic.
