Our green variant is brewed with a cold infusion of green coffee beans, adding body and subtle fruity notes. Korean green tea brings balance and freshness, with hints of young beech leaves and umami.
Paired with lighter dishes, green dished or salads. Served in a Riesling wine glass
Full-bodied, rich, gently sweet, and lightly tart. Our dark variant is brewed with puerh tea, volcanic Japanese black tea, and vanilla beans. The puerh contributes autumnal aromas and forest floor depth, while the volcanic tea creates harmony with notes of malt and delicate florals. Both teas are rounded off with rich vanilla beans high in vanillin, adding natural sweetness and a softly fermented undertone.
Served with main courses, heavier dishes, butter rich or even with deserts.
