arrow_backTil oversigtenOur classic pastries, cakes and fine meringues have been lovingly handmade by our confectioners for generations according to traditional family recipes and baked fresh every day.
We only use the best butter, fresh eggs, cream and flour from the region, nuts from Piedmont, Spanish Mediterranean almonds, chocolate and the finest Bourbon vanilla.
We make the raspberry jelly and redcurrant jam we use for our pastries ourselves from local fruit.
You can just taste it.
