VINIFICATION - MATURATION
Alcoholic fermentation in graduated temperatures from 12 to 16οC in stainless steel tanks. Absence of malolactic conversion. Maturation in oak barrels for 8 months.
COLOR
Pale gold.
TASTING NOTES
Complex and pronounced nose with aromas of white flowers, elderflower, lime and citrus, botanical notes, brioche, and sweet spices. Full body and crispy acidity with a long aromatic aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent match for fish with light sauces, shellfish and botargo. White meat like poultry, pork with complex sauces thanks to its full body. Vegetables and white cheese.
